Only Hearts began as a concept shop in the late 70s in New York - a small boutique dedicated to all things heart-shaped, from lockets to corsets. In the early 80s, shopkeeper Helena Stuart began designing a line of intimates to supplement what she was already making for the wildly popular shop. She called her group of silky layering pieces a collection of "inner outerwear." A walking advertisement, cool girl Stuart was already layering camisoles and slips under jackets and over wispy triangle bras. Today her collections include many of the same great basics that women originally fell in love with, plus many fashion forward items that will work into your wardrobe a multitude of ways.
