Return & Exchange Policy
Please understand that our retail store and our web store are separate businesses. Accordingly, each has a different and unique Return & Exchange Policy. If goods are purchased from our web store, they must be returned to our web store. Goods purchased at our retail store must be returned to our retail store. Thank you for understanding.

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of most regularly priced merchandise for refund within 14 days of receipt or as permitted under the holiday return periods listed below.
Please note that:
Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
Lingerie and swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.
For return of shoes, we must receive the shoes unworn in the original box with any tags attached. The following articles may not be returned under any circumstance due to their intimate and/or sensitive nature: Hosiery, Edible Items, Beauty Products, Sensual Products, Candles. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following instances:
No returns or exchanges on items returned past 14 days from original receipt date.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS. (All sales are FINAL when purchasing sale items so please contact us with any sizing questions before placing your order.) No returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, damaged, or have evidence of perfume, body lotion, or snags.
If you use a promo code to apply a discount to your purchase, the items bought during that transaction are not considered final sale and are instead subject to our standard 14 day policy (or extended holiday policy if purchased during the dates below). If you send us anything that does not meet the above Return & Exchange Policy, we will not credit your card and will charge you for the cost of returning your goods to you. If your original shipment is returned to us unopened, your credit card will be refunded less shipping costs - unless the items purchased were on sale and are therefore not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping and gift wrap services are not refundable. E-certificates are not refundable.
Exchanges: You may exchange any item for the same piece in a different color or size within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, at this time no item can be exchanged for a different item with a higher or lower price. To receive an item of different value, simply return your original item (in accordance with the above Return & Exchange Policy) and place a new order. No exchanges will be made for items that were purchased on sale - this includes gift items.
Holiday Returns Period
Although our standard Return & Exchange Policy requires that merchandise is returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, the following exceptions apply to facilitate holiday gift giving:
Holiday gifts purchased on or after November 15th may be returned to us no later than January 15th.
Valentine’s day gifts purchased on or after January 15th may be returned to us no later than February 28th.
Shipping Your Return
All goods must be returned with a copy of the packing slip that we included with your merchandise. Use the packing slip as your return form and mark the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason for the return. Send your return to our business office by attaching the return address label found at the bottom of your packing list. Please insure the full value of your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. You should use a reputable shipper that allows you to track your package and retain proof of mailing. Be careful when packing and unpacking merchandise to avoid causing damage to delicate items.
Processing Your Return
Once we have received your return, please allow up to one week for us to inspect the enclosed goods before issuing an exchange or refunding your credit card. Your credit card will be refunded when all items are determined to be in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy (see above). In the event of an exchange, if the item you want is no longer in stock we will offer you a refund. Refunds will only be credited to the credit card used to pay for the original purchase. Please allow up to once billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please understand that our Santa Barbara retail location is separate from our web store and will not be able to help you with website purchases or returns.
